JOB DESCRIPTION:

Multiple positions available in a fast paced production environment. Primarily powder technician positions available

-Powder Application

ESSENTIAL TEAM MEMBER REQUIREMENTS:

• Starting pay based on experience and work ethic, but experience is not required.
• Set up and operate machines to coat aluminum and steel products and perform media blasting.
• Load and unload parts, secure parts, and move parts down the line.
• Weigh or measure chemicals, coatings, or powders before adding them to machines.
• Operate pre-treatment equipment, spray booths, ovens and manual powder gun applicators.
• Inspect parts for quality and inform supervisor of any problems.
• Comply with safety procedures, promote workplace safety and report all unsafe acts.
• Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
• Must be able to work in shifts 8-10 hours long (longer if needed), where you are regularly required to stand, walk, and use basic sensory functions.
• Must pass drug screening exam.
• Take instructions from supervisors.
